When people say sexy models, we immediately think of Victoria’s Secret Angels. And every time a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show happens, I feel like I want to go to the gym and workout hardcore. These Angels are an epitome of toned abs, glutes, and legs, legs, amazing legs!
There are numerous workouts out there that the Victoria’s Secret Angels do, but this one caught my eye because it’s not as intense as most of us would like to think. For my readers who aren’t into intense workouts, this might do the trick for you. Not only are these workouts very fun to do, but you will also barely feel like you’re actually working out!
Gigi Hadid
Gigi claims that a week of workout for her is super random. It can start from a photoshoot on the beach and she’ll end up running on the beach all day long. For in-demand models like her, that’s already a workout for her. Her hobbies also serve as her workout routine; she does boxing, rides horses and even plays volleyball. Gigi also shares that her workouts make her feel happy and she really does have fun.
I honestly think that in every workout routine that a person should have is something that they really enjoy doing. If you’re going to choose between something that’s fun VS boring, of course, you have to choose fun!
Kelsey Merritt
Kelsey says that for the past few months, she’s been religiously working out every day. Sometimes, even twice a day. For the past few weeks, she did Pilates and 30 minutes of cardio. As her rule of thumb, she makes sure to always include cardio in her workouts. Kelsey also loves to do boxing and strength training.
As for me, I also like including cardio every workout. Your heart needs some love too!
Lameka Fox
Lameka is naturally small so she only works out two to three times a week. She says that she doesn’t overdo it because her size is naturally like that (talk about being lucky!). She also does interval training like Pilates.
Sara Sampaio
For Sara, she claims that she doesn’t do this workout all year long. But because of the show, she had to do weight training, a lot of booty and heavyweights. Even her workout is very random, she might to a Mile High Run Club for cardio in a running class for the next day, then she’ll work out with her trainer Joe Holder for resistance training and ab work, then cardio the day after. Sara also says that she doesn’t work out the day before the show so that her body feels well-rested.
Candice Swanepoel
Candice works out one hour a day. She also does her work out one day on and one day off. She also does resistance training just like everybody else, takes a nice run on the beach and lots of squats. Plus, she also loves boxing! If she’s feeling a little tired, she does yoga instead.
Don’t forget that yoga is also a form of exercise. Once in a while, meditation yoga should be included in your routine.
Josephine Skriver
Josephine travels a lot so most of the time, she only gets to work out three to five times a week. What she does is a rotation of butt, abs, and upper body workouts. She likes doing it for three days, then one day off, another three days then a day off.
Jourdana Phillips
While everyone else is trying to keep their weight healthy, Jourdana does a week of workout that includes a lot of weightlifting because she’s naturally thin. She tries to keep her muscle mass so she does a lot of resistance workouts and stretching. She also does leg lifts and ankle weights.
Duckie Thot
Duckie likes it light and easy. She loves to run and do boxing in the morning then run over a bridge and back– which is about 5 miles. She also has a mat and leg weights at home.
Some of the few things I learned from these Angels is that cardio, resistance training, and boxing is a must-do. Sounds kind of easy, right? Just a disclaimer though, while these models don’t really commit to intense workouts on a regular basis, it doesn’t mean that they don’t work very hard for their bodies. It’s just that their workouts come in a case to case basis and depending on how they can fit it on their schedule. So if these very busy Victoria’s Secret Angels can work out even when they’re running on a very busy schedule, you can too.
