Now this Victoria’s Secret Angel is really heaven sent. Not only does Miranda Kerr balance her work, her family, and her daily life like a superwoman, she also believes and contributes causes that she feels strongly about. Which is why we think that she deserves a shout out for having a great heart.

Koalas are Worth Saving

Miranda Kerr grew up in Gunnedah, Australia’s koala capital. She liked koalas so much as she grew up so close to them. She’s a huge contributor, supporter and advocate of the Australian Koala Foundation. We sure love a model who likes to see animal life flourish and does something so they won’t get extinct.

Kids Deserve a Great Life

Kids Helpline Australia is another one of Miranda Kerr’s supported causes. She lost a cousin to suicide and she would like to use her voice now to help spread the word.

“I want every child in Australia to know that there is someone who will listen to them, someone who can talk to them, no matter how big or small the issue,” she said. “We all have challenging days, we all go through moments in our lives where we do need advice. I really want to encourage the younger generations to believe in themselves.”

Earth Hour is Miranda Kerr’s Hour

Eco-advocate Miranda also did her part as an Earth Hour ambassador for two straight years, 2011 and 2012.
