What I love among these trends is that they give a lot of room for those who enjoy creative self-expression. So, if you want to stay on trend and fashionable this 2019, below are the year’s trends.
Bike Shorts
Gigi Hadid slays in this denim biker shorts! Not only her but the Kardashians, too! At first I didn’t think that this trend would even make it to 2019, but even the influencers are wearing them everywhere. What’s really nice is that it’s not just a black fabric that looks like gym clothes. Designers are getting creative with it and it comes in a wide range of colors, patterns, and even denim.
Plastic See-Through Coats
This trend is favorable for rainy days and you don’t want your fabulous outfit to get messed up or wet. Personally, this looks cute but it’s not something that everyone can wear, especially with the brights colors and all. Kate Spade in her 2019 runway demonstrated this look in a bright pink style that still accentuates the bright pastel color underneath.
Tie-Dye
I was honestly very surprised with this and didn’t see this coming. But after seeing this in the runway, I find that the festive colors invite a lot of good vibes that you can’t see anywhere else. It’s perfect for summer and spring, too!

2019 is really all about bright colors and what’s bolder than neon? Nothing! Highlighter hues are on trend this year and you’ll see lots and lots of orange, green and yellow in very bright undertones.

This is good news to everyone who doesn’t excel in mixing and matching articles of clothing. For this 2019 fashion trend, you’re free to mix patterns together without looking like it’s too much or that you went overboard. Feel free to mix florals with polka dots, geometric patterns with stripes, or just go crazy!

I thought this was long gone, but here it is again– the safari jacket, a belted long coat with lots of functioning pockets! This will come in a variety of colors, silhouettes that are sexy and in different forms such as jumpsuits. I love this one because it’s very versatile. It can be an add-on to your boring office wear, or casual clothing.
Trends come and go. What’s hip this year may not be hip next year, and what might be hip years ago could be a hit this year. Staying on trend is just a matter of reinventing your style without breaking the bank all the time. My advice? Just be creative with your outfits! Whether they’re new or old clothes, pairing is the key!
