Who is Emily Ratajkowski?
We’ve seen her on the new roster of Victoria’s Secret Angels. We’ve also seen her on the music video of Ronbin Thicke’s Blurred Lines. And she’s the latest model to grace the big screen as she stars opposite teen dream Zac Efron in this upcoming movie, We are your friends.

So it seems like Emily Ratajkowski is creeping up on Cara Delevingne’s Hollywood career. But this isn’t Emily’s first TV appearance. She was first seen on Nickelodeon’s iCarly. She was on two episodes in 2009.
Not only that. Her appearance on Robin Thicke’s music video isn’t her first music video appearance either. She also appeared in Maroon 5’s “Love Somebody,” and in “Fast Car” by Taio Cruz.
But we were not supposed to be seeing a glimpse of Emily at all. When she was being scouted and persuaded to join the modeling world, her mother kept pushing them out.
“My mom would snap back, ‘She’s going to be a brain surgeon,’ ” she once told the New York Times.
We would also see her pose a lot in nude. And she welcomes this like it’s the most comfortable thing to do in the world. She grew up in a progressive household who embraces sexuality.
“I’m not worried about nudity,” she has told the New York Times. “I’d rather play a complex character who has a love scene than a stupid girl who’s just a girl next door.”
